The affairs of the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy is governed by a National Executive Council led by the National Executive President and other Executive members. Election into the National Executive Offices is held every two years at the Annual General Meeting of the Society. Elected officers serve for a 2-year term.

Currently, the following Officers were elected at the year 2008 Annual General Meeting of the Society(Calabar 2008) to direct the affairs of the Society for the next 2 years:
